Specialisation and Expertise: Experienced in the valuations of all property types throughout Victoria. Ben specialises in providing valuation consultancy for a range government and special purpose valuations for portfolio management and taxation purposes for private clients.

Valuation Experience: Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Certified Practicing Valuer in the State of Victoria, unrestricted valuer in Tasmania, over 20 years experience in specialised valuations in the hospitality, retirement and health sectors.

Specialisation and Expertise: Michael has extensive experience in valuations and specialised property advice across Victoria and Tasmania as well as internationally (Bali and Vanuatu). He also has experience in the management of major property portfolios and also has conducted seminars in issues surrounding credit risk.
